Terms of Service1) To order a Commission, please fill out and submit the form provided at the top of this page. You will be contacted as to whether or not the Commission has been accepted, as well as given a price quote and a timeframe estimate for completion, if it is accepted, within 5-7 business days of your submission.
--If you do not receive a response by the end of the 7th day, please feel free to contact Forecast via Twitter DMs.2)Payment will be handled through Paypal Invoice only. The currency used will be USD3) Payment will be required prior to Forecast starting on the Commission. Depending on the complexity/price of the Commission, you may be allowed to make partial payments. The price will need to be payed in full, before you receive the final piece, however.4) For Commissions beyond the "sketch" level, you will be sent a screenshot of different stages of the piece, for approval. Please inform me if anything needs to be redrawn/adjusted, at these points.Refund Policy1) Forecast will not refund, if the commission has already been completed.
2) A partial refund may be given if the commission has not been completed. The amount refunded will depend on how late into the process it is requested, to account for the time already spent into making the piece.Distribution/Editing1) Reposting onto social media is Allowed, as is cropping/editing for personal use, so long as proper credit can be easily located for it.
2)Commercial Redistribution of work commissioned for personal use is Not Allowed.
Acceptance Policy1) While Forecast is open to drawing most things, they will not draw Explicit content.2) Forecast will not draw Mecha or Heavy Gore. Light gore may be accepted, but it may depend on what exactly is being asked for.3) Other than that, Forecast is laregly open to drawing anything. If there is anything in your Commission Form they are not comfortable with drawing, you will be informed and they will see if a middle ground can be reached.
